Introduction

This tunnel washer system consists of conveyor, press dehydrator, shuttle conveyor, through-type dryer and operator console. 

Comparing to traditional washing machine, this system adopts the technology of water circulation and filtering, which will significantly reduce water and steam consumption. It will save 70% water, 50%-80% steam and over 60% electricity.

The configuration of highly intelligent control and related facilities ensures fully automatic washing and 80% labor saving.
 

Working Procedure

The operator only needs to put the linen into each divided tank of the conveyor, and the linen will be weighed automatically and put into the tunnel washer. After prewashing, main washing and rinsing, the linen will be pressed into cake shape by the press dehydrator. Then the shuttle conveyor will transferred the linen to through-type dryer so that the linen will be scattered or dried. 
The whole washing procedure can be programmably set by the operator console to realize automatic washing and intelligent management.

Optimum ration design of delivery mechanism and washing tank spin ensures strong washing forces and high cleanliness.

The associated line between stainless steel drum and washing tank are made according to German quality and sanitary standards.

Built-in standardized working procedure of the touch panel make it possible to set amendment procedure, to observe working condition and diagnose troubles. Dual motor drive ensures steady operation.
l Each tank is made of double layer stainless steel. Outer tank is set at the bottom holder to support, seal and protect inner tank.

Inner tank adopts helical structure, the linen is conveyed in the bottom, which ensures no danger of blocking.

Functions of 13 tanks: tank 1 to 3 for prewashing, tank 4 to 8 for main washing, tank 9 to 12 for rinsing and tank 13 for neutralization.

13 washing tank in total. The capacity of every tank is 50kg (60kg for pure cotton fabric).

Reverse flow of water and linen during prewashing and main washing, co-current flow of water and linen during rinsing. All together ensure water saving and high cleanliness.

There are inlets for drainage, steam and chemical detergent in each tank during main washing procedure. It can be used flexibly to ensure adaptability.

The oil press technology can be used with the tunnel washer.

The base and topside structure are connected by four pillars to ensure steady operation.

The pressure lever is made of solid stainless steel and can withstand huge pressure.

Specially designed prismatic press head will gradually eliminate residual air in the linen.

Large-sized safety door and built-in automatic power-off protection device make it easier to maintain.

Two built-in drainage outlets in the base are connected with the drain tank of the tunnel washer.

The press procedure is controlled by PLC. 9 press procedures are set. The operator can switch or reset the procedure as needed.

It is used to convey the pressed linen cake into through-type dryer to ensure the linen to be scattered or dried.

The operating console will manage the connection data between press dehydrator and the dryer to ensure the operation of shuttle conveyor.

The adoption of portal frame-type machine ensure firm construction.

The adoption of double-layer tray makes it possible to convey two linen cakes each time.
Steady conveying and accurate positioning.

This machine can either work independently or work with the tunnel washing equipment to build automatic production line.

The adoption of computer controller with LED touch screen allows the users to set all kinds of drying procedure as needed. With strong self-diagnose function, it can dynamically display the drying condition.

The use of new steam heater and special extracting ventilator ensures complete interaction between the fabric and the hot air.

The large-volume roller provide more space for complete hot air exchange.

Square punching of the roller increases the aperture ratio which allows better hot air ventilation and more complete exchange between the fabric and hot air.

Hot air can be recycled in the air channel to improve the heating effect and ensure high efficiency with low energy consumption.

Drawout fluff net in the side part ensures more convenient cleanliness and maintenance.

The through-type design ensures safety and sanitation with its isolating function.

It only takes one minute for the linen to be put out through back outlet. Fast and automatic operation saves a lot of labors.

Anti-static device in the inner drum can avoid fire disaster caused by static.

The buzzer will be alarmed and the machine will stop operating to ensure safety once there is unusual condition.

Foot stool height can be made on-site as needed.

The operating console is the control center of the tunnel washer system.

With intelligent computer integrated control system, operator can set all sorts of operating parameters according to different linen's washing requirement.

It will effectively control the operation of conveyor, tunnel washer, press dehydrator, shuttle conveyor and through-type dryer. It is easy to operate and regulate the parameters.

Big-screen LCD display will better reflect the operating condition.

With strong self-diagnose function, it will immediately diagnose the fault cause and provide accurate information for quick maintaining.

1). In-depth Design
When the order is confirmed, we will communicate with the professional staff from the buyer's part and discuss the in-depth drawing design. Besides, we will provide the whole laundry factory layout design for free. The design scheme will be including equipment installation drawing about foundation, water inlet, drainage, air input and output, compressed air and electricity.
 
2). Installation
When the equipment arrive to the buyer, we will send our technical staffs to provide field installation guidance and any other necessary help to ensure proper and standard installation.
 
3). Testing
After installation, our staff will help our customer to test the machine and check all the technical index, function, specification of the machine. Also we will comprehensively eliminate all the possible human-caused damage or troubles during installation to make sure the machine will operate in its best condition.
 
4). Operation Training 
Before the machine is put into use, we will provide operation training to ensure the operators from the buyer's part can work independently. The training includes proper operation, safe startup, smooth operation, proper washing, linen check and categorization and machine maintenance. Also we will help operators to learn the right way to save water, energy and emergent stop operation.
 
5). Service Fees
Above all, the first step, the in-depth laundry layout design is for free. From the second step to the forth step, we provide free labor and service, while the buyer will need to pay for our technicians' transportation and accommodation during maintaining period.
 
After-Sale Service

 Within one year since the machine was put into use, we will provide spare and accessory parts for free, shipment included. If the buyer part needs our technicians to come to maintain, we will send our staffs to help maintenance for free labor and the buyer part will pay for the transportation and accommodation during maintenance.
 
One year after the machine was put into use, we will charge a little fee for the spare and accessory parts we provide, while the buyer should pay for the shipment. If the buyer's part requires our part to send technicians, we will charge for $200 per day for each technician, and the buyer also need to pay for the transportation, accommodation and other relevant costs.
